Black iron and CSST runs for gas ranges, dryers, fireplaces, exterior BBQ quick-connects, fire pits, pool heaters, and outdoor heaters. We size the run to the BTU load and the meter set, not the shortest path.
Water heaters
Standard tank, power-vent, direct-vent, and tankless replacement for residential. Light commercial high-recovery and indirect tanks paired with a hydronic boiler for owner-occupied multifamily and small commercial. We will tell you when tankless is wrong for your install just as readily as when it is right.
Permits and inspection
Every gas job we do is permitted and inspected. That paperwork protects you on resale and on insurance. It is not optional and we do not skip it.
